Because all of our items are custom made based on order preferences, we cannot accept returns. All items are final sale. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

Once your order is processed, we do not offer refunds. Please remember we are a small business and everything is custom made by hand.
