Certain measurements and descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. The actual color you see, however, will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Please understand that all of our items are handmade with love. As a result, our products may have some slight imperfections and subtle variations from one piece to the next, which helps make them even more one of a kind and unique.

Because all of our items are custom made based on order preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for customer mistakes. All items are final sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the item. 

Once your order is processed, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to refund merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt.

Please remember we are a small business and everything is custom made by hand.

All orders typically ship within 7-10 days to ship. Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to give updates on orders. Once everything is made, it is shipped right away and tracking information will be sent to you.

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.  

You may experience delays due to many needed materials taking much longer for us to receive than usual. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.
